This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role, working closely with the CRM Manager and Head of Marketing to deliver impactful customer retention campaigns. Key Responsibilities Support CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Plan, execute, and optimise email and SMS marketing campaigns, including triggered and recurring communications. Manage the monthly email marketing calendar and ensure campaigns align with tone and brand guidelines. Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights. Generate and present regular performance reports to stakeholders. Assist with audience targeting, A/B testing, and day-to-day administration tasks. About You Essential Skills & Experience : 2 years in CRM or digital marketing. Expertise in email campaign development and automation. Strong project management and analytical skills. Experience with A/B testing and using performance metrics to drive improvements. Personal Qualities : Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Team player with the ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
