Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted intervention support to students in Year 4 and 5, focusing on social, emotional, and academic development. Assist in the planning and delivery of intervention programs tailored to individual student needs. Foster a safe and inclusive environment where students feel valued and supported. Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress and adapt interventions as necessary. Support students in developing essential social skills and coping strategies. Maintain positive relationships with students, encouraging engagement and motivation.Qualifications: Previous experience working with children in a school setting, preferably in an SEMH context. Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies to support SEMH students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing situations.
