Sales Manager required by an Experiential Travel Company who are deeply passionate about conservation and sustainable travel which makes a positive impact on the global communities where it sends travellers. You will lead a small, destination-specific, sales team and be dedicated to helping them perform to their highest potential.
Salary: £42,500 + £15,000 - £20,000 OTE.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm in Shoreditch (typically 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Candidate Requirements:
You will be an experienced Team Leader or Manager from travel.
Have extensive experience in a travel sales or a comparable luxury sales environment.
You will have travelled to at least 2 countries within the region which your destination-specific team specialise in.
Experienced in working towards targets and performance reviewal.
Analytical head for numbers, booking trends and sales metrics.
You will be an empathetic listener, positive mentality and approachable.

Analysis of sales data to optimise success of the team.
