i-teachers are currently supporting a brilliant secondary school located in the Lichfield area who are eager to add a dedicated, outgoing and naturally engaging SEMH Support Coach to their superb Pastoral support department in a full-time role for the academic year.

SEMH Support Coach – Role Information:
1. SEMH Support Coach
2. Providing 1:1 support to KS3 & KS4 students with mental health issues
3. Being a consistent supportive source of academic, social and emotional support
4. Planning academic support sessions based around students academic weak-points
5. Located in Lichfield (WS13)
6. Paid £475 per week during term time
7. Multiple online CPD courses available – SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health
8. Monday to Friday role – 08.30am to 15.30pm working hours
9. Interviewing for role ASAP!
SEMH Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:
10. Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology degree
11. Prior experience working with children or young people
12. Passionate about development of children
13. Naturally outgoing and engaging individual
14. Good organisation and communication skills
15. Knowledge of mental health
