The Account Executives role is to oversee select national retailers; developing new business from existing customers, proactively identifying new opportunities, and providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Being the main point of contact for queries from specific customers. Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs. Pro-actively contact new and existing customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales. Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries. Capture & update customer information accurately. Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals. Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently. Business travel to numerous off-site meetings and trade shows. Taking ownership of customer issues and working swiftly to resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer wherever possible.
