This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT to join a supportive and community-driven school that prioritises high-quality teaching and learning.
The Role:
🌟 Teaching a Year 1 or Year 2 class of 28 pupils, including some with additional needs.
📖 Delivering engaging lessons with a strong emphasis on Phonics (Read Write Inc).
🤝 Working collaboratively with colleagues in this two-form entry setting.
🎯 Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that enables all pupils to thrive.
The Ideal Candidate:
✅ Holds QTS and has experience teaching in Year 1 or Year 2.
✅ Strong knowledge of Phonics, ideally with experience using the Read Write Inc scheme.
✅ Passionate about early education and committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
