Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
2. Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
3. Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Manage budgets, stock, and inventory effectively.
Requirements:
1. Experience in hospitality.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
4. Thorough understanding of Asian Cuisine.
5. Good negotiation skills for purchases.
6. Knowledge of UK food safety and licensing laws.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 - 20:00
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 yearly
