Are you able to identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends and build and develop effective pipelines?
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead the identification of new business and partnership opportunities. In this role, you will establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential funding and referring organisations, working closely with the Partnerships, Insight and Strategy, Commercial and Innovation, and Product and Marketing teams. Your strategic efforts will expand the charity’s funder base, increase market share, and drive profitable growth.
Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of partners across various sectors, funding sources, and geographical regions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for executing business development initiatives and participating in strategic planning sessions.
You will support the development of partner propositions to secure funding to meet the Growth & Innovation directorate objectives and targets. Your role involves delivering Partner Lifetime Value for all partners outside of key strategic accounts and supporting the onboarding of new organisations that bring significant digital-first and data-led referral volumes.
