A little bit about the role...
Due to growth within British Offsite, we have a brand new opportunity for a Sales Coordinator based out of our state of the art factory in Braintree. It's an exciting time to join us, with external projects kicking off later this year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
1. Collating relevant information and pictures for inclusion in Tender Reviews & tender & bid submissions
2. Assist, support and produce graphs, visuals and slide information for presentations and management reports, as required
3. Capture data from sales progression meetings and ensure CRM is updated accordingly
4. Support with lead generation, identifying key prospects and notifying the business development team
5. Managing and tracking external leads (early prospects) and ensure they receive early engagement from Business Development Team
6. Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely reports including but not limited to Plc Board reports
7. Proactive diary management for Business Development Management Team
8. Organise and support the delivery of upcoming factory tours for external clients
9. Liaise with external clients to schedule appointments
10. Organise for refreshments for factory tours
11. Support with delivering Sales Presentations and tours
12. Other sales related tasks not mentioned above.
What we'd like in return...
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a project or sales coordination role
2. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
3. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
4. Discreet and professional working approach - able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
5. High competency of all Microsoft Office: including Advanced Word, Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint
6. Experience using online CRM tools
7. Experience of Technical Sales Environment highly advantageous.
