Job summary
The Professions and Quality department have an exciting opportunity to join them, to work and support and contribute to the administration services at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust.
The post holder will provide comprehensive administration, data collection and secretarial support within the Clinical Skills and Professions and Quality team, and will provide accurate and timely collection/monitoring of data.
The postholder will have excellent organisational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced office environment.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve data collection and monitoring, extracting data from various systems and reporting as required, providing support for high level meetings including providing detailed minutes, organisation of meetings and preparation of agenda and papers for meetings. In addition, the post holder will be expected to support the Professions and Quality Administration Manager with providing a high-class administrative service for the Professions and Quality team to meet the Team's strategic objectives.

Education / Qualifications
Essential
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* GCSE in English and Maths, or equivalent.

* ECDL or equivalent

* Extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office packages including Teams, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
