St John Ambulance are launching new email journeys for existing and potential supporters and we’re now looking for the right candidate to make this a reality. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to launch a new channel from scratch, introduce best practice ways of working, and conduct regular testing. The ideal candidate has experience creating emails and communicating with the public and has a drive to learn and develop their skills. St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, supporting and enabling them to access and receive physical and mental health first aid. Job Summary
About You
* Professional e-mail marketing experience (ideally 1-2 years)
* Basic understanding of the marketing funnel and user journeys
* Experience of successfully managing multiple projects and conflicting priorities
* Experience of creating audience-centric content and writing for different audiences
* Experience of CRMs and email automation
About the Role
* Help establish the email welcome journey to build affinity with the St John Ambulance brand
* Work with the brand team to design visually appealing and impactful email content
* Curate, repurpose, and develop content to feature in emails
* Proactively generate and implement creative ideas, and measure the results of tests
* Contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of St John Ambulance campaigns
* Set up automated email sequences and triggers that nurture engagement, improve retention, and promote personalised supporter experiences
