Our client, a leader in advanced RF technologies, is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to join their innovative engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and rewarding environment, contributing to both New Product Introduction (NPI) and the ongoing development of world-class products. Our client operates across several key markets, including defence and aviation, with a focus on high-performance data links and RF technology solutions.
The Role
As a Senior RF Design Engineer, you will take responsibility for the full product lifecycle, from requirements and design through to testing, release, and support. Key responsibilities include:

* Schematic capture, PCB layout, and footprint/symbol creation (Altium).
* Developing new systems and technologies, including feasibility studies and product design.
* Leading design reviews and collaborating with external design partners where needed.
* Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior engineers.
This role involves hands-on design and testing, along with cross-functional collaboration with other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
Experience and Skills Required
