We are looking for a HR Operations Specialist for a 12mth Day Rate Contract based in Derby on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs. Please note this is a Hybrid Working Model. Job Description - The Role People Service Operations requires HR expertise to manage complex HR cases and mange escalations effectively. This is a great opportunity to be part of the improvement and simplification of the complex HR operational processes whilst enhancing customer experience. The role is an SME managing customer focused queries for example payroll, holidays. You will be an SME which will pick up complex cases for example payroll, escalations, shift queries, absences, and flexible working. As a HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for: Managing Complex HR cases and dealing with customer escalations from engagement through to resolution Contributing to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardization to simplify, and enhance policies, processes and technologies Working closely with HR GBS colleagues to collaborate across the broader GBS model to provide alignment with operational improvements Consistently delivering high quality customer service in a professional manner with excellent attention to detail and a focus on the needs of the customer What we require from the candidate: Experience and expertise of delivering HR service operations Good understanding of HR technology and experience of the development and deployment of HR systems Good understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies in an operational environment Good analytical ability with effective problem-solving capability Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately Ability to work and cope in an ambiguous environment to seek clarification and clarity Experience of working within a customer service environment where you have gained knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies Next steps If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.
