To provide secretarial support for the Maternity Medical Secretary team, Consultants and their teams.
The post holder will be expected to provide administrative support to the Maternity Medical Secretary team, in particular, be responsible for the proofreading of all outsourced letters for the Maternity Consultant team.
They will provide cover for absent PA/Medical Secretaries – answering the telephone, dealing with the post, and other general administrative duties. The post holder will provide an empathic and sensitive contact for patients, relatives, and carers, undertaking work under the direction of the Maternity Medical Secretary team.
