Our practice nurses undertakethe full range of treatment room and chronic disease management nursing,working closely alongside the wider practice team which includes GPs, HCA's, Phlebotomists, First Contact Practitioners,Clinical Pharmacists and our Social Prescribing Team.

Assist in and perform routine tasks related to patientcare as directed by senior nursing staff and GPs

Other tasksincluding:
* Participatingin and leading on infection control checks and audit
