What the Job Involves Your role involves managing a caseload of complex community care and safeguarding assessments, ensuring legal and organisational compliance. You will provide expert opinion, support the wellbeing of adults and children, and work across multi-agency teams. You will plan, organise, and review workloads while balancing needs, risks, rights, and choices. Additionally, you will support and mentor others, provide case work supervision for unqualified staff, and assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
