RBH currently have 2x opportunities for one Permanent and one 6 month Fixed term Multi Trade Operational Manager to join our Responsive Repairs team, to be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and direction of responsive repairs within our customers’ homes and communal areas. You will also be responsible for managing responsive repairs budgets and ensuring the team is operating at a high standard of quality and delivery excellent value for money.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
1. Leadership Development Management Programme (Kantor) or equivalent, or qualified by experience
2. Ability to manage frontline service delivery and managing dispersed teams and resources.
3. Experience of monitoring, managing, and reporting on budgets.
4. Knowledge and understanding of responsive repairs management and best practice both inside and outside the sector whilst ensuring value for money.
5. Knowledge of relevant statutory and legislative requirements.
6. Proactively implementing and developing new ways of working with technology, materials, and methods within the industry.
Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence with a vehicle available for business use.
