About the role:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall business objectives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the full spectrum of social media – from strategy and planning to content ideation, creation, community building and analytics.
What you'll be doing:
* With support from the Head of Marketing, be accountable for setting the social media strategy and reviewing on an annual basis.
* Be responsible for creating & publishing organic, campaign and reactive communications across all social channels, in line with the brand strategy and customer plan.
* Manage relationships with external agency partners across paid social and influencers.
* Take the lead on content creation and implementation of organic and influencer generated content on Yuup social channels.
* Develop and deliver an influencer programme, this will be a combination of always on, product and campaign-based activity.
* Be responsible for our social media management software and tools.
* Accountable for the measurement, insight and reporting of organic social and influencer activity.

* Deliver a consistent drumbeat of organic and influencer content throughout the year, aligning to the key brand objectives and driving growth.
* Acute attention to detail, delivering campaigns at pace and with accuracy.
* Passion to drive and grow the social agenda within the business, showcasing what success and growth in this area could look like for the Yuup brand.
* Entrepreneurial and ‘can do’ attitude to help drive change.
* Be obsessed with what the data is telling us and constantly iterate our approach to content creation based on what the data tells us is working.
What you need to know:
Essential
* Experience leading social channels and influencer programme for a direct-to-consumer brand.
* Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and manage project delivery across several different teams and agencies.
* A creative eye for developing social first content, and keen interest in the digital marketing landscape.
* Knowledge and experience of social media platforms and management tools.
* An interest in personal development and education.
Desirable
* Ability to produce and edit video content.
* Experience in managing freelancers.

This is a full-time, permanent position with three days a week based at Square Works, Berkeley Square, Bristol and the other two days a week being flexible.
