The Talent Place are recruiting for a Learning & Development Partner, on behalf of our client, a growing Charity based in London.
As a result, we are seeking candidates that have a demonstrable experience in designing, delivering and supporting the development of people, from frontline to management, within a target driven organisation.

The role offers a salary in the region of £45-55k,
Your Impact:
* Analyse current knowledge levels within the business and implement development and training plans.
* Interview employees and perform skills assessments in line with the training requirements.
* Create relevant technical, soft skills and management training using innovative methods like AI.
* Deliver the organisational development agenda and manage the training and development initiatives across the organisation.
* Working with the wider Human Resources team, you will develop employee progression and development initiatives, such as mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
* Conduct both individual coaching and group training sessions.
* Monitoring and measuring the impact of employee development initiatives on performance and retention.
* Develop and implement employee development programmes to support the company succession plan for all levels of seniority, from frontline to senior management.
* Manage all internal and external training relationships.
* Own, manage, and audit the Learning Management System.
Who We Seek:
* You are a problem solver with great negotiation skills.
* You can handle multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
* You have exceptional organisational, time management, communication and Office skills.
* You are commercially minded with a passional for continuous improvement
* You have experience in explaining the impact of your learning interventions through quantifiable outcomes, ROI, increase in productivity etc.
* Experienced L&D Practitioner with CIPD qualification in L&D and/or a coaching qualification.
* A sound grasp of Project Management techniques and have acquired demonstrable experience of running projects.
* Experience of designing or implementing a learning and development framework.
* Experience of report writing, presenting and stakeholder management.
* Experience of successfully delivering against targets and KPIs.
* Broad understanding of mental health and DE&I and are able to support and coach in these areas.
