The Holdcroft Motor Group is looking to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing and opportunistic marketing team. Partnered with global, reliable brands such as Hyundai, Volvo, Renault and more, you will plan, deliver and manage marketing campaigns including new product launches, events, and campaigns across various channels with occasional weekend event hosting.
The successful candidate will support our Group Marketing Manager and the rest of the marketing team with various projects, providing mentorship and exploring new and innovative ways of working. Your ability to analyse the performance of campaigns, produce reports, and manage the budget will be paramount in the wider success of the team.
What we are looking for in a Marketing Campaign Manager:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
* Strategic and commercial thinker with a strong ability to analyse and utilise data.
* Proven ability to successfully execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including but not limited to; email, paid social, SEO, social media, SMS.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build working relationships across the group.
* Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
* Good understanding of budget management and demonstrating clear return on investment.
