About the Role:

As a Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will utilise your compassion and initiative to ensure our residents receive high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include implementing person-centred care plans that make a real difference to our residents' daily lives. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning rotas, recruiting, training and mentoring staff, and building relationships with local regulators and social services. In this role, you will have the autonomy to take your unit to the next level, with opportunities for professional development.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. Experience in developing well-structured care plans and conducting detailed risk assessments is essential. You should also have an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. As a natural leader, you will have experience acting as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses during their preceptorship. You must be dedicated, ambitious, and resilient, with a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
