YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE: To work with the Operations Manager to develop the restaurant operation commercially, in conjunction with our Marketing department, developing revenue generation, managing cost controls and enhancing profitability. To maintain the highest level of service standards and culinary excellence. To work with the Head Chef to develop our menu, capturing seasonality and innovation. To manage online booking platforms to maximise our opportunities and report daily, weekly and monthly to our Hotel General Manager. To lead, develop and manage an effective team. To work with the Operations Manager to conduct meetings with Beverage Sales representatives. To inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service delivery across our food & beverage operations. To have strong knowledge of our menu, our wines and our bar operation. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Previous experience in a similar position within a restaurant dedicated to serving fresh produce. The ability to both inspire our team and at the same time impress our guests. The ability to manage the demands of the day in a busy restaurant and bar operation – using your team resources carefully to deliver at all times.
