Learning disability and especially ASD/ASC knowledge and management experience, along with a level 5 leadership and management qualification, are essential. It's also essential that you are happy traveling throughout BANES/Somerset. Other specialist qualifications, e.g., RNLD or a postgraduate qualification in psychology (as well as management expertise), would be highly prized.
