Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
* Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions
* Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management
* Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
* Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organized and maintaining proper procedures
* Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximize product sell through
* Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration
* Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence
* Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management
