AP Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced individual to perform the role of HR Advisor for our client, an international private wealth organisation.
Duties will be to provide appropriate human resources support and advice to Managers for all operational matters relating to the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff. Ensuring that the performance management process is implemented. Conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings amongst other HR associated tasks also forms part of the role. It is expected that the HR Advisor will take responsibility for learning and development matters including employee induction and also professional training.
To apply for this position you will need to have excellent IT and presentation skills and knowledge of the HR database / Payroll software. You will also be an excellent team player with outstanding face-to-face, tele, and written communication skills.
Two or more years experience within a generalist HR environment is required and the successful candidates will likely hold a degree or professional HR qualification such as the CIPD or a Diploma in a HR related subject.
