We have an exciting opportunity here in the Home & Clothing Team for a Social Media and Influencer Executive to join a successful team This role is part of the Home Brand and Marketing team, supporting the delivery of customer-facing content across Owned, Earned, and Paid Social Media channels, including influencer and content creator activities. This role will also assist in producing editorial content for the Home section in the Tesco Magazine. You will collaborate with various teams internally at Tesco, including Clothing and Home, as well as external agencies, to help implement projects and campaigns efficiently Supporting the implementation of Social, Influencer, and Content plans for Home. Assisting in the day-to-day management of social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand tone of voice (TOV) and effective community engagement. Coordinating content production and optimisation for key channels (Social Media and Tesco Magazine). Providing support for the end-to-end management of Home editorial content for the monthly Tesco Magazine. Collaborating with the Media Planning Team to support the allocation of paid media budgets and the development of social media campaigns. Helping implement the influencer marketing strategy, including identifying influencers, leading campaigns, and supervising performance. Collaborating closely with influencer agencies to support content creation and ensure campaigns meet brand standards. Contributing to brand campaigns by assisting with influencer marketing activities from start to finish. Ensuring all influencer and social content aligns with the brand tone of voice and positioning. Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to suggest improvements and measure the efficiency of our activities. Handling budgets at a project level, supporting efficient allocation between content production and paid media. Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Following Tesco's Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and diligence at all times. Previously paid and owned social media channels. Positive relationship and teamwork skills.
