Duties for an Accounts Administrator
1. Providing support to the accounting department
2. Preparing financial statements
3. Issuing receipts and invoices
4. Good and accurate keyboard skills required.
5. Attention to detail is essential.
6. Data Entry - using Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
7. Filing, scanning, printing
8. Working as part of a team
9. Chasing invoices and credit control
Desired Experience for an Accounts Administrator
1. Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
2. Attention to detail.
3. Good customer service skills
4. Graduate in Finance and Accounting
