Student Concierge and Facility Coordinator

As the Student Concierge & Facility Coordinator, your role is to enhance the student experience, foster engagement, and build strong relationships with students to create a sense of community on campus. You will be the first point of contact for students and visitors, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment.
* Foster student engagement through events, activities, and integration programs.
* Welcome visitors, provide information, and assist with campus tours and private visits.
* Manage internal and external queries via phone and email.
* Assist with student induction and arrivals, including guiding new students and supporting check-ins.
* Support the organisation of events such as Open Days and Recruitment Days in collaboration with the Career & Internship team.
* Monitor and address student needs and feedback through meetings and focus groups.
* Handle facility-related tasks, including maintenance reporting and access card management.
* Ensure the smooth operation of campus facilities, including liaising with external vendors and service providers.
About You
You hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality business, communications, public relations, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience. You bring experience in community management and thrive in multicultural environments. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you excel at multitasking and problem-solving.
With strong communication and networking skills, you are comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and external stakeholders. Flexibility with work hours and a proactive, innovative mindset are essential. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
