What you will do?
As an Account Executive you will be focused on acquiring new customers for Clevry’s Skills-First Hiring Platform. You will take sales meetings and turn prospects into leads and paying customers. Your main job is to close deals by steering the interested prospect towards a yes decision with rapport and high-quality service. Your focus will be closing sales mainly in the UK and Europe, but we are also growing globally and some of the leads might be from the US, Asia or Australia.
As an Account Executive, you will:
* Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle and customer dialogue from prospecting to closing the deals
* Have the primary focus on having client meetings, giving platform demos, negotiating contracts and closing deals
* Prospect and book your own meetings
* Work closely with our Recruitment Services, Business Psychology and Customer Success teams to increase upselling between business units
What you will need to succeed:
* At least a few years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of success
* Excellent English both spoken and written – other language skills are considered as an advantage
* Ability to have strategic discussions with C-level directors and HR of large enterprises
* Self-driven, curious, ambitious and goal-oriented mindset
