Small independent pub/restaurant group require a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team in an exciting new opening in Sutton Coldfield. The ideal candidates will work closely with the exec chef ensuring the highest quality and standards are delivered at all times.
Responsibilities:
1. Full responsibility of breakfast section, also working during lunch service.
2. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
3. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required.
Skills / Experience:
1. Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef.
2. Strong culinary skills with expertise in fresh food.
3. Ability to work independently under own initiative.
4. Excellent organisational skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of kitchen best practices and cooking techniques.
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Working hours:
1. 40 Hours per week.
2. Tuesday - Saturday.
3. 07:30 - 15:30.
