As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of an operational workforce planning capability of our people, processes, and technology.
Develop and deliver an operational workforce planning capability across the Principality group
Workforce planning and forecasting to cover operational demands
Oversee the reconciliation of monthly performance across the group
Manage design changes to ensure they align with business needs.
Forecast all operational demand types and staffing requirements based on historical data, and identify trends and business needs
Asist with training and mentoring of all workforce planning colleagues to ensure competency
Monitor real time data to ensure all peak activities and shortfalls are monitored and plans in place to ensure service level agreements
Strong experience in managing workforce planning activities
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data & make sound decisions
Experience of using workforce management software and tools to forecast call volumes & create schedules
Proficiency in Microsoft excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data techniques
Strong diligence and accuracy, with the ability to analyse data and identify patterns & trends
