Broadstairs College are seeking an Estates Assistant to join its existing Estates Team. Do you have experience as a grounds person, caretaker or in building maintenance? then we want to hear from you. As an Estates Assistant, you will play an active key role in the team, the position covers a wide range of services normally associated with Estate and building management including: Unlock/Lock duty of buildings including arming and dis-arming of intruder alarm systems. Building checks. Fire alarm and emergency light testing. Minor repairs and maintenance throughout the Estate. Ground maintenance. Be a first aider. Act as a keyholder and part of the on-call rota.
