ABOUT YOU You'll need senior-level care experience to join us as a Community Lead. You'll also have supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. We'll look for a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification. Enthusiastic, tenacious and full of integrity, your caring approach and strong communication skills mean you inspire trust in others. * You will need senior-level care experience, supervisory skills, and a good understanding of providing clinical care for the older person. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification, is required.
