As the Project Manager you willprovide professional project management services in support of the development, award, and delivery of automated solutions for existing and new customers. You will act as the contact between TGW, the client and third parties and have the direct responsibility, authority, and accountability for ensuring that the work is undertaken in accordance with the client's and TGWs specification and processes. WHAT YOULL BE HANDLING Managethe commercial and technical risks of the project Ensurepolicies for Health, Safety and Wellbeing are implemented on project sites Manageproject resources and costs within agreed budgets and timescales Ensure project completion, acceptance and handover criteria have been achieved as per TGWs contractual obligations Be the primary customer interface on a day-to-day basis Manageproject approvals required from the customer Deliver proposed changes to the agreed project scope, timescales, and budgets Generatean integrated project plan and workstream plans Ensure the project implementation objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner in respect of cost and schedule, in accordance with TGWs project, quality and safety procedures Identify project risks and determine mitigation actions or contingency plans with timely reporting and management Establishthe project team structure, resources and roles and responsibilities Complyto TGW policies and guidelines with engagement of Business Support Functions including Global Mobility WHAT YOULL NEED Essential Experience of leading and managing projects and projectteams History of working on high complexity, high value projects A background in engineering automation industry Articulate with good customer facing skills and the ability to manage projects English language written and spoken at business level Ability to work away from home across Europe and UK. For guidance up to 50% of working days away from home during a year, with flexibility to be on site full time at peak times in projects Desirable Degree qualified or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Formal Project Management qualifications and exposure to Prince 2, PMI, APM or other formal project management methodologies ADZN1_UKTJ
