We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team based in Finchampstead. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Telecoms project teams by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of project activities. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with communication among team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities Update utility drawings/maps to identify works undertaken Provide support with all project documentation, production of job packs, replenishing drawings/maps Keep accurate records and maintain data to enable timely and effective reports Attend meetings when required to provide admin support and minutes Provide general admin support to operational team Carry out any other duties appropriate for the role. Skills & Experience Good verbal and written communication skills Good time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Must have experience in working with Stats.
