About the the role Management and planning digital marketing campaigns, including, email, social media and display advertising and SEO/SEM. Support on wider business digital journeys. Responsibility · Management of multiple digital campaigns to support the Moda Mortgages Brand, CHL Mortgages, and ChetwoodBank. · Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels including the use of paid models · Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns · Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience · Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
