This young man has 24-hour support and loves: home-cooked food (and looks forward to a Saturday morning cooked breakfast with his wonderful staff ) interacting with staff and having a giggle watching his favourite shows on TV enjoyable activities and days out with his staff Supporting this young man can be lots of fun but can on occasions be a challenge, and he will need lots of support and encouragement to promote a good day. Experience of trauma informed care would be advantageous as would positive behaviour support experience but full training will be provided.
