Job summary We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to join our organisation as Head of People Analytics for a 12-month secondment. This strategic leadership role will shape our future workforce and HR strategy through the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics using workforce and HR data. You will lead a dedicated team in building workforce reporting tools, conducting statistical analysis, and developing predictive models that provide actionable insights to enhance organisational performance. As the ESR Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining our Electronic Staff Record system to the highest standard, ensuring data integrity and compliance with NHS requirements. This position plays a vital role in driving evidence-based decision-making across all levels of the organisation, with a particular focus on improving retention through data-led recommendations.
