Position: Customer Care Advisor
Location: Houghton Regis
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 9am– 5pm, Saturday and Sunday (14hrs)
The impact you will have
You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer care. This will include dealing with inbound calls, acting as the voice of Arjo. You will engage with our internal and external customers meeting their needs whilst achieving personal and team targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deal with customer queries efficiently in a professional manner ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered on every call.
2. Take full ownership of your internal and external customers by effectively managing their expectations – delivering what’s promised, keeping the customer informed and up to date throughout.
3. Actively seek feedback from customers through the use of Customer Satisfaction Surveys in line with KPIs.
4. Take ownership of your own development ensuring your Personal Development Log is kept up to date.
5. Achieve your LIP’s in line with the objectives set.
6. Identify cross sell opportunities.
7. Take full ownership of customer complaints.
8. Implement outcomes of coaching, feedback and training in line with set objectives.
9. Ensure errors are kept to a minimum.
10. Arrange installations and cancellations of rental equipment.
11. Ensure administration duties are completed accurately and within timescale.
12. Liaise/support Rental Service Technicians with all queries.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in a customer service environment (essential).
2. You must be diplomatic, have excellent listening skills and good communication skills.
3. Good numerical skills.
4. Must be PC literate with good keyboarding skills and knowledge of MS Office namely Excel, Word and Outlook.
5. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
6. Excellent time management skills ensuring a high level of productivity.
7. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
8. Excellent written and spoken English.
9. Effective team player.
10. A positive ‘can do’ attitude displaying behaviours in line with our company core values.
