We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our client’s team in Alfreton on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth dispatch and management of job-related activities. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Experience in an administrative or customer service role is desirable. Within this position, you’ll also be: Arranging Despatch: Coordinate the despatch of parts for jobs and liaise with site teams. Confirming Deliveries: Contact sites to confirm receipt of deliveries and schedule work based on availability. Job Pricing: Verify prices on jobs to ensure they align with the Purchase Order or Quotation and close jobs when completed. Further Work Management: Action further work on completed jobs, creating new job orders for quotes. Quote Chasing: Follow up on outstanding quotes on a weekly basis and cancel those with no response after 4 weeks (excluding quotes over £5000). Service Calls: Handle incoming service calls, providing efficient support. General Administrative Support: Carry out any other tasks as required to support the team.
