Come and join Thornford Park as a Part-Time Wellbeing and Welfare Champion, where you will be a friendly face to staff as you instil and maintain a positive working culture that has a strong emphasis on improving employees' wellbeing.
You will work 22.5 hours a week at Thornford Park in Thatcham where you'll be responsible for identifying the evolving needs of staff, which will see you provide resources, plan events and be a point of contact for those who may need further wellbeing assistance.
Liaising with the Regional Wellbeing Lead, you will deliver communications, initiatives and regular and themed wellbeing events, managing an allocated budget and stock.
As a Wellbeing and Welfare Champion, you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders and supporting staff with communications.
