About Our Client

Job Description
3. Ensure phone calls to department are answered promptly.
4. Ensure emails are responded to in a timely and supportive manner.
5. Assist with Operations tasks and projects when required
6. Liaise and work with our key stake holders to resolve queries within a timely manner
7. Provide High level reporting for stake holders when required
8. Attend weekly/Monthly Operations Meetings and ensure all issues are escalated accordingly to reporting manager.
9. Administration of new membership files, including system set up
10. Ensuring members have up to date insurance and chasing for renewals at expiry.
11. Arrange documentation and forms for any changes to current members
12. Process Supplier Failure Cover applications within the SLA
13. Data Entry of Monthly Returns
14. Compiling reports for outstanding returns & chasing outstanding returns
15. Identifying concerns with Members and follow these through to resolution or escalation to the risk team.
16. Analysis of members trust accounts to identify any risks or concerns
17. Action any amendments of specific insurance policies within the 48 hour timeframe
18. To understand the Trustee online PRF process and support the trustee team and Members when required.
19. Support the set-up process for new members
