Directly supporting the Groups Complaints Coordinator and Complex Case Worker. Your work will impact how the organisation manages and resolves customer complaints, ensuring we meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and escalate any issues when necessary. You'll be at the heart of improving processes that enhance our overall customer satisfaction. What skills and experience do you need? Experience: You’ve worked in a busy office environment before, providing effective administrative support. You're experienced in dealing with internal and external customers, as well as maintaining accurate databases. Skills: Your attention to detail and organisational skills are excellent. You communicate confidently, both in writing and over the phone, and are a competent user of Office 365 products, including MS Teams. Approach: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with others, and take initiative in finding solutions. You can prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
