Expert Construction are working in partnership with this Dungiven based Main Contractor who have experienced significant growth over the last 18 months. They are adding to their back office team with this role of Graduate Administrator / PA, to be based at their Dungiven Head Office. Duties & responsibilities to include: Grant applications and banking Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, including all PA duties Office / Business Management for the Construcion business - insurances, fleet management, Office utilities, assisting with tenders, H&S administration Managing Property portfolio - managing lets, assisting with purchases and sales Handle Recruitment & Personnel requirements Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm Friday, 9am to 4pm Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Applicants, ideally, should have recently completed a Business or Construction related Degree. They will be IT literate, have an excellent attention to detail and have the desire to build a successful with a very successful local Contractor.
