We’re recruiting for a Sales Enablement Specialist who has HubSpot experience to join a professional services business based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that supports large-scale clients with consultancy-led solutions. The role offers up to £40,000 and is ideally suited to someone with experience supporting sales teams through proposal management, CRM administration, and operational sales reporting. Duties & Responsibilities
Create and edit proposals and sales documents, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to gather content and manage approvals
Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring pipeline data is accurate
Produce regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics
Support the coordination of internal sales meetings and training documentation
What Experience is Required
Previous experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations or Marketing Support role
Strong HubSpot knowledge
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
