* Providing administrative support to the management team
* Create project status reports and presentations for executives
* Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Preparing and editing correspondence and reports
* Organising meetings and events
* Liaising with clients and staff on behalf of the management team
* Assisting with special projects as needed
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
* Minimum 5 years experience within financial services
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Requires some flexibility with work schedule
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* High level of discretion and judgement
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
