We are looking to appoint a dedicated and professional Educational Psychologist to join our team. This successful candidate will provide high-quality educational psychology services across all four schools within the Trust. Additionally, there may be scope for supporting other schools through traded services, allowing you to extend your expertise to the wider educational community. We are looking for someone who can: - Provide a high-quality educational psychology service, promoting emotional well-being and learning for children. - Facilitate inclusive practice to improve educational outcomes for all pupils, particularly those with additional needs. - Offer statutory advice in line with the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice. - Collaborate with Senior Leaders and SENDCOs to prioritise pupil needs. - Deliver CPD and support to staff working with children requiring additional support. - Undertake assessments, write reports, and provide psychological input for EHCP processes. - Utilise psychological theories to offer solutions and recommendations. - Conduct cognitive assessments and develop Educational Healthcare plans. - Produce high-quality reports and deliver training to colleagues and parents/carers. - Provide crisis support when unexpected critical incidents occur.
