Temporary, until End of January 2025
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 to start, moving onto rota working between 8.00am - 8.00pm.
Weekends will be necessary during peak, paid at overtime rate.
£12.00 per hour (37.5 hours per week).
Overview:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and dedicated customer service advisor to join the team until the end of January, 2025. You will be a point of contact for customers helping to troubleshoot issues, find a resolution and ensure their experience is seamless. This is a fully office-based role with no option of remote or hybrid working. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering inbound telephone queries, analysing and resolving problems as efficiently as possible.
2. Dealing with customer emails relating to enquiries, ensuring responses are professional.
3. Responding to live chats.
4. Dealing with returns, analysing issues and taking appropriate action in line with company policy.
5. Ensuring customers are kept informed and updated.
6. Providing administrative support to ensure stock levels are maintained.
7. Handling any questions, concerns or complaints.
8. Using internal systems to investigate and record actions.
Ideal skills for a customer service advisor:
1. Previous customer service experience essential.
2. Excellent telephone manner.
3. Outstanding attention to detail.
4. Proven ability to multitask.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Outstanding communication skills.
7. IT literate and ability to learn new systems.
8. Experience of SAP.
