We’re searching for an incredible Sales & Lettings Manager!
This role is based in Manchester and you will be pivotal to the team, as a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated individual.

What will you do?
* Manage, guide and support the team on a day-to-day basis.
* Be the point of contact for all larger investors across the private rental sector portfolio and provide support where required from the mobilisation team.
* Assist the communication between urbanbubble and investors.
* Promote a positive image of the urbanbubble brand and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
* Monitor and manage the team to promote high levels of service.
* Drive team performance to achieve consistent growth of the portfolio.
* Carry out monthly team meetings and 121’s.
* Work closely with the Property and Operations Manager to ensure smooth transitions between departments for all customers.
* End of month reporting.
* Support the business by assisting in strategic planning and growth.
* Develop and train the team to ensure the highest standards are met.
* Produce and monitor new business and letting activities to grow the portfolio and maintain high levels of customer service.
* Liase with existing clients to continue to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Assist with generating new business to meet monthly targets set by line manager and successfully onboard new clients.
* Monitor the lettings team to ensure marketing is of the highest quality and monitor response times, void periods, and compliance.
* Help produce monthly newsletters and market data.
* Attend investor and sales agent meetings.
* Update client reporting (cash collection, arrears, investor payments, tenant balances, etc.).
What are we looking for?
* Good basic level of education, including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
* Experience of meeting and exceeding customer needs in a customer-facing role.
* First-class communication skills, verbal and written.
* Fantastic organisational skills with good attention to detail.
* Experience working in an office environment.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Positive and can-do attitude.
* Passionate and dependable.
* Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
