We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our new Operation in London West. Role and responsibilities: Entering all claims for the week onto the ODS including meterage, services, and variations. Emailing all required paperwork associated to payment to SGN. Monitoring and responding to SGN enquiries regarding any on hold payments or rejected payments. Formulating any day works payments within JDT for the head of ops to agree. Assisting with the CPP build and ensuring that this is emailed in time for the SGN to generate the project file. Up-loading all necessary information to control hub. Taking and issuing the minutes of the weekly meeting. Assisting head of ops with slide pack for weekly and monthly meetings. Generating and sending weekly team whereabouts to SGN. Generating and sending weekly forecast to SGN. Updating the GS13 and GS3 spread sheet and send to SGN. Log all carpentry requirements and align to variations. Report all damages and log within smartsheet.
